How Disciplis handles your data during waitlist, onboarding, and beta access.

Disciplis currently collects the information you choose to provide through the landing page and waitlist flow, including your email address, any selected plan or tier interest, and any onboarding or quiz responses you choose to submit.

If Disciplis generates a trader profile or behavioral category from your responses, that derived profile may also be stored and used to personalize the product and communications.

We may also receive basic technical information needed to operate the site, such as request logs, browser-related data, or hosting diagnostics generated by our infrastructure providers.

We use the information we collect to operate and improve Disciplis, including to:

• manage the waitlist, pricing-interest, and beta-access process,
• send onboarding, product, and marketing emails,
• personalize communications based on your profile, responses, or behavioral patterns,
• improve messaging, product direction, and the beta experience, and
• respond to questions, support requests, or deletion requests.

Disciplis currently relies on third-party platforms to operate parts of the site and communication flow, including:

• Supabase for data storage and backend functionality,
• Vercel for hosting and deployment,
• Gmail for communications,
• Discord for community access, and
• X for social communication and updates.

Over time, Disciplis may also use additional providers, including email, analytics, advertising, or social platforms. If those changes materially affect how personal data is handled, this policy may be updated.

By sharing your email address through the site, you understand that Disciplis may send waitlist updates, onboarding emails, product announcements, and communications personalized to your selected tier, onboarding responses, or derived profile where applicable.

You can request that future communications stop or that your information be deleted by contacting hello.disciplis@gmail.com.

Disciplis keeps personal information for as long as it is reasonably needed to operate the waitlist, run the beta, personalize communications, improve the product, and maintain business records.

If you want your email address, selected tier, onboarding responses, or derived profile deleted, you can request deletion by emailing hello.disciplis@gmail.com. We will review and process reasonable requests as appropriate.

Disciplis is intended for people who are legally able to trade or participate in trading-related services in their own jurisdiction. In most cases, this means the product is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18.

Disciplis does not currently state that it sells personal information or runs advertising-based retargeting through the landing page. If paid advertising, pixels, or additional tracking tools are introduced in the future, this policy may be updated to reflect those practices.

Disciplis uses reasonable measures to protect information, but no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.

This policy may change as the product evolves. When it does, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
