Disciplis is currently a beta-stage product. Features, access terms, pricing, functionality, and availability may change at any time without notice.

Disciplis is for informational, educational, and product-experience purposes only. Nothing on the site, in onboarding flows, in emails, or in related communications should be treated as financial, investment, tax, legal, or trading advice.

You remain solely responsible for your own trading decisions, financial outcomes, and compliance with laws or regulations that apply in your jurisdiction.

You should only use Disciplis if you are legally able to access the site and participate in trading-related tools or services where you live. In most cases, this means Disciplis is intended for adults.

By submitting your email address, selected tier, or any onboarding information, you agree that Disciplis may contact you about the waitlist, pricing, onboarding, beta access, product updates, and marketing communications, including communications tailored to your profile or submitted responses where applicable.

You agree not to misuse Disciplis or attempt to interfere with the site or beta product. This includes:

• accessing or attempting to access systems without authorization,
• submitting malicious, fraudulent, or misleading information,
• scraping, reverse engineering, or disrupting the service, or
• using Disciplis in a way that violates law or the rights of others.

Disciplis may link to or rely on third-party services such as Supabase, Vercel, Gmail, Discord, X, and additional providers added later. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

The Disciplis brand, content, layout, copy, visuals, and product materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except where allowed by law, you should not reproduce, distribute, or exploit Disciplis materials without permission.

Disciplis is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, especially during beta. Disciplis does not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete accuracy, or that the product will meet every need or expectation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Disciplis disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related losses arising from use of the site, the waitlist, community spaces, or the beta product.

Disciplis may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the site or service after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised version.
